At the end of the scheme of study students will be able to:
- understand the key concepts and fundamental principles required to analyse and design future networking systems and understand current and future technologies;
- exhibit specialist practical skills in networking, which is an area of increasing complexity and importance in current work practice, gained through hands-on experience in our state-of-the-art networking laboratory;
- maintain an awareness of cutting edge emerging networking technologies.
General: Knowledge, Understanding and Skills (to include personal development and employability skills)
At the end of the scheme of study students will be able to:
- manage projects, analyse and design systems and work independently and in teams on problems and communicate these problems and solutions to others.
